Pay Your Ticket
Our office accepts payments in person using cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. (Service fees are added to all debit & credit card payments). No personal or business checks are accepted.

Payments can be made in person (preferred), by mail, via E-file Texas, or using our online portal.
***Online Payments***
Payments made online take anywhere from 5-10 business days to post to your case. It is highly recommended to come into our office to pay fines/fees if your case needs immediate attention.
To pay fees/fines online, you must contact our office and speak with Court staff to confirm all case information. The Clerk will send you all necessary case information, and the payment link via email once all details are discussed and confirmed.
Money orders/Cashier Checks should be made payable to Montgomery County.

If you choose to pay your fine(s) online you must contact our office and speak with our staff to receive case information, your Cause/Reference number and the amount due.

Partial payments on a case without a plea or Judgment are not accepted online.

If you do not want to appear in court,you have the option of paying your fine in full Online, by mail,or by paying in person on or before your appearance date. Payment of fines constitutes a plea of nolo contendere (no contest) and waiver of trial by judge or jury. This option may result in a conviction appearing on either a criminal record or a driver’s license record.
If you are unable to pay in full, and would like to set up payment arrangements, you must complete a Plea/Payment Plan Request Form & mail/email/bring into our office before submitting your payment. Partial payments on a case without a plea or Judgment are not accepted online.
