You may obtain a copy of an autopsy report on by submitting a letter by mail or email JP3_MAIN@MCTX>ORG. Please include the full name of the deceased, the date of death, your relation, and your contact information. Family members are not charged for the first copy. Charges may apply for additional copies.Certified copies of death certificates may be obtained from the County Clerk’s office. The number for the County Clerk is 936-539-7885
